eBay not collecting variations or Custom Label
This is due to a change in the customize settings on eBay for some accounts.
To fix the issue
Select customize from near the top right of the eBay page (Under the big blue search button)
Under Buyer Information select Buyer email/username
For Custom Label, ensure the Custom Label column is showing
Recollect your records where the variations or custom label is missing.
