Unable to export to C&D

Hi, I started up my laptop this morning and was greeted with this message "Click & Drop Desktop exe - entry point not found: The procedure entry point GetPackageFamilyName couldnot be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll".
Clicked okay, carried on into Packing Partner. Everything worked as intended until I wanted to export to carrier. Fill in the parcel weights, click okay, but I don't get the little speech bubble telling me a CSV file has been generated, so the Click And Drop open orders page is empty. No C&D error file is created either. The parcel information is not being transferred from PP to C&D.

Thanks for the post. Just to confirm, were you attempting to upload your shipment data via the Packing Partner browser? This functionality was removed quite a while ago, in favour of the direct integration option (from within Records, you can create carrier labels for many carriers).

Yes, in the PP browser we click export to carrier.

So we shouldn't be using Carrier -> Export For Carrier now? We've used it for as long as I can remember, and it's worked fine until today, so with no PP or C&D updates recently, I'm wondering what caused the error message, and is it fixable?

I'm not sure where to start with creating carrier labels another way, so if you can please point me in the right direction I'll take a look. Is this an option that requires subscription fees? New ways of doing things make me nervous!

Hi, is there any update here?  Neil is adding orders to C&D manually, which defeats the object of having PP.
