Memory and printing blank pages

Memory and printing blank pages
Later version of Packing Partner have a memory monitor on the status bar. It shows the available memory as a percentage. If you don't have this monitor please download the latest update here.

Some pages are blank
If the end of your print run is blank pages, this could be due to product images taking too much memory, especially if you use high resolution product images.

You can set Packing Partner to automatically reduce the size of product images when they are downloaded. Please see the solution below.

Reduce size of item images:
Go to Tools>Options>Settings>Item Images and change ReduceSize to 100
Go to System untick Product Details and click Clear Cache.
Close the options dialog and in the Records Tab press F5 to refresh the display.

All pages are blank
If all pages are blank this is likely to be solved by adding a 1mm border all round the layout, e.g.
For an A4 Page, set the top and left margins to 1, Label Width 208, Label Height 295
