Blank Pages After IE11 Update

Blank Pages After IE11 Update
After a Windows update to IE11, some users have found that blank pages are printed. This is due to changes to the printing system we use, introduced with a Windows Update to Internet Explorer 11.

If all pages are blank
If all your pages are blank, including preview, then a blank layout has been saved after the update to IE11. If you have a backup of your PC, you may be able to recover the layout: (You must click here to update Packing Partner before doing this)

Packing Partner has a backup that you can find from Tools>Options>System>Backup. If you have backed up this folder then you should be able to find your previous layout in there. To recover it, open it in the Layouts Tab.

If pages at the end are blank
The most common cause is a loss of printer settings, there are two things to check and try: (You must click here to update Packing Partner before doing this)

1) Make sure page size is correct

• Open your layout in the layouts tab.

• Check that you have the correct page size on the left.

• If it is blank or not correct, change it and save the layout.

2) Reload the printer settings

• Click Print to open the print dialog.

• Change to any other printer and click properties.

• Click OK in the new printer properties, then Cancel in the print dialog.

• You should be asked to save the new printer settings, click Yes.

• Open the Print dialog again, select your printer and click Properties.

• Click OK, and then Packing Partner should print properly.
