Possible error printing Amazon labels

I was unable to successfully download Royal Mail labels bought in bulk on Amazon within Packing Partner today which meant I had to spend an hour printing them all manually. Also, when trying to print the labels individually, Packing Partner was not sending them to the Amazon Print Connect app. These problems only started since the last update.
It may be a one-off error, but I'm just letting you all know in advance before tomorrow's inevitable rush.

Are you getting the labels through the Amazon web page, or using Create Carrier Labels, in the Records Tab?

I am getting labels through the Amazon web page. The same error is happening this morning. When I've selected the orders and click on Buy Labels it just opens a new browser tab that is blank. Normally I would get a pop-up that would allow me to ether open or download the PDF containing all the labels. The purchase goes through so I then have to go into each Amazon order individually to manually print off each label.

...and I can confirm that downloading and printing labels works fine when I reinstall the previous version of PP.

We have had to update the browser because some users can't login on the older one.

You can create the labels in another browser, or change to using Create Carrier Labels, for which there is a per label cost.

We'll have a look to see what we can do, but some of the functionality in Chrome, Edge and Firefox is not available to the browser in Packing Partner.

I had the same problem not long ago and it has sort of been fixed now.
You can either use a separate browser outside of PP as suggested or if you use a browser window from within PP but what happens now is that Amazon gives you 2 files to download - a .PNG and a .PDF. You have to save them both and then open the PDF to print.
