Shopify order not collecting

I have collected four orders from Shopify, under the Browser tab they all have the red mark next to them but under the Records tab only three of the orders are showing! The other channels seem to be working as they should.

Thanks for the post. That does seem like an unusual problem. Are you able to see it in the archive and presumably it hasn't been combined with another of the sales?

Hi Ben, I've just found the order. PP has combined it with an Ebay order from the customer which had been posted out a few weeks ago but I had placed it on hold for some reason so the order was hidden under the held orders! I've just uncombined the orders and it's now popped into the collected orders section. Many thanks!

OK great. If cross-channel combining is not desired you can turn it off in Tools>Options > Collect > Combine all channels
