Hi,
When I try to dispatch via Amazon, it comes up with the error "cannot find spapi credentias" I have redone the credentials but still has the same error.

Thank you for your post. Sorry to hear you're having that issue.
There are two likely potential causes for that:
1) Ensure the Marketplace ID within your credential, if UK, shows (UK) as follows:
A1F83G8C2ARO7P (UK)
If it doesn't, you can either renew the credential or you can select a different one from the list, and then back to UK. Then Save.
2) The Account Name within the credential doesn't match what Packing Partner is looking for. We've released an update today (v3.5.4.118) which should resolve that, so please update and then try again.

Yeah sorted it thanks, it was the account name one letter was uppercase so manually changed it and it worked.
