ETSY VAT is now being added to the item total

As the title says...

VAT is now being added to the item total, although the grand total corrects itself.
Is it possible to add a "Use the default Tax rate for all ETSY products" as you have with the eBay tax settings

Thanks for the post. Please can you confirm if you're using Express for that Etsy account? If so, could you please use the contact form above to send us an example order number, so we can have a look into that for you.

We don't currently have that option for Etsy (use default). You would need to set the Standard rate in Collect options to 0 however, for that to make a difference, and that would likely be incorrect.

However, if applicable, the item total per line should include VAT as you see it in your Records. If you're seeing the item total including VAT plus VAT again that may be a separate issue.

Also, if you're not aware, you can use the Lookup to set tax rate overrides on a product / listing basis.

Ah... thanks all sorted... I needed to set VAT rate to zero in collect... thanks for the heads up
