Unable to collect from eBay

We are unable to collect from eBay because the Sales button (top right) is greyed out.

This happens repeatedly (not just for eBay) but normally a refresh of the page makes the option active, but not in this case.  Closing down and re-opening PP doesn't work either.

Credentials are valid, expiry date December 2023.

Thanks for the post. We're not aware of any issues, but please try the following steps:

1) Clear the browser cache

Go to Tools>Options > Browser. Under Cache, click Select All and then click Clear Cookies

2) Update Packing Partner from this page

Updated PP and the Sales button is now active.  Thanks.
