Amazon No Buyer ID

Today 1 of my orders would not collect from Amazon
It kept coming back with Critical Error No Buyer ID
Other orders were ok - just this particular one would not collect
In the end I had to use Buy Shipping directly from Amazon to get my label so that I could process the order

Thanks for the post. Sorry to hear you had an issue with one if your orders. I would guess that the customer failed to fill in the Name field in their delivery details? If you could please confirm, that would be helpful. Thank you.

No the name field was filled in correctly. Both a first and last name.
