I have added the Woocommerce Shipment Tracking plugin to my website
However, Packing Partner does not seem to update the details for my Amazon orders.
I use Click & Drop to buy my all my labels (eBay and Amazon). I do not use Amazon Buy Shipping.
When I send out an eBay order the details such as courier and tracking number are completed in the Shipment Tracking box on the woocommerce Order screen. However, when I send out an Amazon order nothing is completed in this same box (even though the shipping details are sent to Amazon)
Why do eBay orders update Woocommerce Shipment Tracking but Amazon orders do not?

Just to confirm, sales are coming into your WooCommerce store, and you're collecting them into Packing Partner from there?
After you've marked them shipped in PP, you're then using the Browser to despatch using Sales>Upload Despatched?

Sales from Amazon and eBay flow into my woocommerce store via the WP_Lister plugin.
I do not use PP to collect the orders directly from the woocommerce order screen, but from a browser window onto the eBay and Amazon Orders page (using Sales - Collect Sales Records). I then create all my labels using Click & Drop.
When I ship, I am again looking at a browser window onto the eBay/Amazon orders page and use 'Sales - Mark Sales Despatched' PP sends the tracking info to eBay/Amazon correctly
I do not use the 'Sales - Upload Sales Invoices' option at all (I thought that was only necessary for Amazon sales and actually WP-Lister does this for me via an integration with the PDF Invoices plugin)
For eBay orders, PP also updates the Woocommerce Shipment Tracking plugin so I can see on the woocommerce order screen the tracking info.
However, for Amazon orders this does not happen. No tracking info is sent to the Woocommerce Shipment Tracking plugin.
I cannot use PP directly on the woocommerce order screen because otherwise the tracking info for ebay/amazon orders would never get uploaded to ebay/amazon. But as a future request, it would be great if you could integrate with WP-Lister. WP-Lister will detect when a woocommerce order gets completed and marks it as completed on ebay/amazon but when done in that way the tracking info is again not sent. If there was some integration between PP and WP-Lister then I could use PP to only look at my orders on the woocommerce order screen, produce labels, mark sales despatched on woo - then WP-Lister takes over and sends the tracking info to ebay/amazon and marks despatched on those sites. That would be awesome lol

My apologies. Looking into this further and I now realise PP does not update Woocommerce Shipment Tracking at all for my ebay/amazon orders.
As I said earlier I use the WP-Lister plugin to capture my ebay/amazon orders which means stock is adjusted on my woocommerce website and then updated on ebay/amazon accordingly. So my stock quantity is always upto date on all 3 sites.
After PP updates ebay on shipment despatched, WP-Lister sees the order status on ebay has gone to 'Completed' and downloads the tracking info from ebay to update Woocommerce Shipment Tracking
However, after PP updates Amazon on shipment despatched, WP-Lister again sees the order status on Amazon has gone to 'Completed' but the Amazon API does not return the order tracking details. As such, WP-Lister is not able to update Woocommerce Shipment Tracking.
So this explains why on woocommerce my ebay orders have tracking but amazon orders do not. Its nothing to do with PP at all. Rather it is the fault of the Amazon API which does not contain this information. PP is working as expected.
