Cannot Get any Amazon Labels

hi, 

I cannot get any amazon labels, when I click to get labels I get the following message

Label Error: Unauthorized Access to requested resource is denied

I have checked and the third party access in settings on Amazon is not out of date, 

Can you help pls?

Thank you for the post. Please update Packing Partner, and the issue should be resolved. Amazon's security requires a change every 6 months. Recent update history can be found here
